Preparation

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Meet with us.  We will discuss your goals, motivation, timing, and expectations.
  • Develop a plan.  We will discuss a marketing plan, pricing strategy, necessary action items to prepare your home.
  • Complete listing paperwork.  Sign off on listing agreement, honor agreement, disclosures.
  • Staging.  If the home is vacant or needs some additional items to make the best presentation possible.
  • Take Photos.  Best in class photography, video capabilities, 3D tour photos, virtual staging.

Execution​​​​​​​

  • Market Esposure. Print and digital strategy is executed making sure the most people possible know about your home being for sale.
  • Start showings. Start private showings and open house.
  • Feedback collection. Evaluate the feedback from potential and make adjustments if necessary.
  • Receive Offers, Negotiate. Accept Offer. We will negotiate on your behalf and get you the best deal. 

Transition

  • Home Inspection. Buyers opportunity to professionally inspect the home to see if it is functioning properly.
  • Attorney Review. Your attorney will act on your behalf to make sure all terms are agreeable.
  • Repairs (if needed). Address any inspection items that were agreed upon from inspection.
  • Prepare for closing. Your team will make sure that you tie up loose ends and prepare for your move.
  • Closing day. Leave the keys and let the next person enjoy that home.
